Yoga Dance trains the physical body, and thus is a form of hatha yoga, although it differs in some features from other techniques. At its core, even closer to fitness yoga, which does not require going into philosophy. The purpose of yoga is to create a beautiful dance, slender body release of creative energy, healing of body and mind through movement and breathing.
